Mazak Haas CNC Milling Machine Air Filter Oil Mist Collector
The Oil mist collector machine adopt centrifugal separation and high-efficiency filtration technology to remove oil mist, coolant mist, fume and steam in machine and manufacturing facilities to ensure a clean and safe work environment .
Firstly,the oil mist is drawn into the unit , it passes through the split cone and many stage filtration devices to filter out stray solid particles . Then the strong Centrifugal force pushes oil to the unit's outer case where it drains back to the machine for re-use or collection . Finally , The clean air is returned to the workshop through the top of the HEPA filter . After the oil mist is treated by the system, it is effectively collected and purified, and the collection and purification efficiency is as high as 98% or more.
